Auto Restart Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Agent 12c

The Cloud Control Agent is the software component that provides access to the enterprise management and monitoring features of Cisco Network Assistant 12c (CNAP). It is the only component that runs in the cloud. To use the enterprise management and monitoring features of CNAP, you must first restart the Cloud Control Agent. This article describes how to restart the Cloud Control Agent.

To restart the Cloud Control Agent:

  • Step 1 Make sure that you are logged in to a web browser using the administrator account that is used to manage CNAP. If the administrator account is not associated with the default administrator user, then you must log in as the default administrator user. For information about how to do this, see the “How to Log In to the Default Administrator User” section later in this article.
  • Step 2 Click the Start menu.
  • Step 3 Click Run.
  • Step 4 Type cmd.exe into the Open box.
